  • Do you deliver outside Metro Manila?

  • Do you offer discounts?
    Absolutely! Please email us at admin@RiceHaven.com and we'll see what we can do to accommodate your request.
  • When can I expect delivery if I place an order today?
    Typically, we schedule deliveries every Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. However, please note that the minimum time for delivery is 7 days from the date of order placement.
  • Is your rice of high quality?
    Absolutely! Our rice is cultivated by local Filipino farmers in Luzon. We take great pride in supporting our kababayans and their dedication to producing high-quality rice. From their lands to your table, we ensure that only the finest rice reaches our customers.
  • Do you accept orders from outside the Philippines?
    Absolutely! Nearly 90 percent of our customers are from outside the Philippines. Many of them wish to send rice as gifts to their friends and families back home.
  • Do you accept collections?
    While we generally do not accept collections to avoid burdening our customers, we can arrange for collection if your order exceeds 10 sacks of rice. Please email us for further assistance in this regard.
  • Can we request a sample of rice?
    Unfortunately, we do not provide samples of rice. However, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with the quality of our products. Upon delivery, we require confirmation that you are pleased with the quality you received. This is done by signing our delivery receipt, ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase.
  • Can you deliver just a sack of rice? We are a small family and three sacks seem like a lot.
    Currently, our minimum delivery per order is three sacks of rice. However, delivery within Metro Manila is free of charge. We will notify all our customers via email if there are any changes to our minimum delivery requirement in the future.
  • Can we contribute to your website by adding recipe blogs related to Filipino foods and culture?
    Absolutely! We welcome your contributions to our website. Simply register on our site to become a member. Once registered, you'll find a section where you can post your blogs. Please note that we only accept formal blogs, as our community values respect. All content posted on our site is carefully reviewed.
  • Can we donate to charity in the Philippines through your website?
    Yes, you can! Please email us at Admin@RiceHaven.com to discuss your donation. We can deliver a minimum of three and a maximum of 100 sacks of rice on your behalf. Additionally, we will provide you with a letter from the recipient acknowledging your generous donation.
