Suspension due to Non-Compliance with Agreement: Notwithstanding other legal remedies that may be available to RHL, RHL may, in its sole discretion, limit User activity by immediately removing User listings either temporarily or indefinitely, or suspend or terminate User membership, and/or refuse to provide User with access to the Site.

If the User breaches any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement; If the User provides wrong, inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect information; If the User's actions may cause harm, damage, or loss to other Users or RHL.

Indemnity: User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless RHL, its employees, directors, officers, agents, and their successors and assigns against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon the User’s actions or inactions, including but not limited to any warranties, representations, or undertakings, or in relation to the non-fulfillment of any of its obligations under this Agreement or arising out of the User’s infringement of any applicable laws or regulations, including Intellectual Property Rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claims of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other subscribers, and infringement of intellectual property or other rights. This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this Agreement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This website is created and controlled by RHL in London, and the laws Of United Kingdom shall apply. This agreement is governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of UNITED kingdom. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in London, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the RHL Site. Use of the RHL Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. You agree to indemnify and hold RHL, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, and employees, harmless any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on the RHL Site.

Shipment of Products:

 

We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. Since the transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. The delivery will NOT be redirected/redelivered to any other address under any circumstance.

The selected product will be delivered only in the city it is mentioned as available on this Site. RHL shall not be held responsible for the damage of products after delivery. RHL will contact the customer on the first attempt and confirm the date, time, and address of delivery. If the delivery fails due to the following reasons, RHL will contact the customer a second time to deliver goods and levy delivery charges for the second attempt. In case the customer refuses to pay the second time delivery charges, RHL will refund the entire order money to the Customer.

RHL will consider the order delivery failed in the following cases:

• Delivery not done due to the wrong address.

• Recipient not available.

• Premises locked.

• In case of floods/Heavy Rains/ we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date. In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, we will inform you about the same. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store. Also, the said shortage of goods needs to be highlighted and signed on the delivery copy and returned to the delivery person.

Product Returns:

 

Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.

To return any items that are damaged, expired, or not as per your original order, please return these products to the delivery person along with a remark on the delivery receipt. Please contact customer service by email through the Contact Us link on the website (https://ricehaven.com) mentioning the return of products along with the order number and the date of delivery.

All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return/exchange authorization number, and in unopened, saleable condition within 48 hours of delivery. Postage and charges for the return of these will not be refunded. Please note that in any case, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened, or used products. All exchanges or refunds will be accepted within 48 hours of delivery. Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.

Disclaimer: We as a Retailer shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time".
